I'm a UX Engineer and Frontend Engineer who's spent the last decade bridging design and development across enterprise, government, and consumer products. My current work at the NYC Department of Education focuses on building AI-powered tools — including a conversational agent (OpenAI + MCP server architecture) that cut certification time by over 20%. Before NYC DOE I was a UX/Frontend Engineer at Verizon and AT&T's Chief Data Office, where I designed and shipped enterprise dashboards (ACO for Azure cost optimization, SUD for on-prem server utilization). Earlier roles took me through RIT, Freshop, VMware in Bengaluru, and Bizongo in Mumbai. The through-line: I like building scalable, accessible component libraries, then connecting them to real backends — REST/GraphQL, ML pipelines, AI services — so designers and engineers can ship faster together. WCAG 2.1 accessibility is non-negotiable in everything I build.

Three pillars

I work at the intersection of AI, design, and engineering — the rare spot where I can research a problem, design the fix, and actually ship it to production without a hand-off losing the plot. The unglamorous enterprise tools nobody brags about? Those are my favorite. (This site's chatbot is one of the smaller things I've built.)
